You want to stay away from those foods that are high energy density, as these offer the body few benefits. Most junk and processed foods fall into this category, including unhealthy carbohydrates, such as processed white flour. Your body has no real use for such foods, so they end up getting stored in places like your love handles! Love handles are extremely embarrassing to some. Thankfully you do not have to live with them if you do not want to. Your extra weight around the mid section can be reduced in many ways. Getting rid of body fat is as easy as maintaining proper diet and exercise. Miracle cures do not exist don’t believe anyone who tries to tell you otherwise. You must stay patient and consistent to get the weight off. You’ll eventually have the physique you’ve always wanted to have.
